Need to pay a friend back for lunch, or send money to your son or daughter away at college? First Kentucky’s P2P feature allows you to quickly send money to friends and family without the need to write a check or exchange cash.
SENDING MONEY WITH P2P IS QUICK AND EASY!
To send money, all you will need is the recipient’s cell phone number or email address. There is no need for you to know the recipient’s account or debit card number, and the recipient does not need to be a First Kentucky customer. Set up payments quickly from the Move Money page available both online and through our mobile app.
To receive money, the recipient will need to have an active Visa or MasterCard debit card issued by a bank located in the United States. The recipient will receive a text message or email with instructions on how to receive the payment. Once they have completed the easy-to-follow instructions, the money will be sent to them within minutes.
HOW TO GET STARTED USING P2P PAYMENTS
Once you are enrolled in First Kentucky’s Digital Banking, you may enroll in P2P payments by selecting the Messages option, then selecting “Or Choose a Form to Submit.”
With Flash Deposit from First Kentucky, there is no need to make a run to the bank to deposit a check. Available with both our Apple and Android apps, Flash Deposit is a convenient way to deposit checks from anywhere and on your schedule.
TALK ABOUT EASY!
First Kentucky’s Flash Deposit is free and super easy to use! Simply log into Digital Banking on your Apple or Android app, select Deposit Checks from the Menu and follow the on-screen instructions. Snap a picture of the front and back of your check, tap Submit and you’re all set!
Funds from checks deposited through Flash Deposit before 3:00pm CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will generally be available the next business day. See the complete list of terms and conditions for additional information.
Want the peace of mind knowing that an enhanced security feature is helping protect your Digital Banking? Request Out-of-Band Authentication (OOBA) today! OOBA provides enhanced security by requiring two pieces of evidence, Digital Banking credentials and verification through a separate communication channel, to verify a user’s identity before granting access to Digital Banking. Our separate communication channel options include call, text message or mobile application.
HOW TO GET STARTED USING OOBA
Once you are enrolled in First Kentucky’s Digital Banking, you may enroll in OOBA by selecting the Messages option, then selecting “Or Choose a Form to Submit.” Once your request has been processed you will be prompted to complete OOBA setup upon your next Digital Banking login.

EASY TO SIGN UP, EASY TO USE!
Ready to sign up? It’s easy! Once you are logged into Digital Banking, simply select Move Money from the menu, then select Enroll Now in the Bill Pay Enrollment box.
Ready to begin paying your bills? Well, that’s easy, too! Just log into Digital Banking online or on your mobile app, select Move Money from the menu, then select New Transaction.
EXTENDED SUPPORT HOURS
Have a Bill Pay question at 10:00pm on a Tuesday? No problem! Bill Pay Support is available to you Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 1:00am, Central time. Bill Pay support is available by phone at 833-383-0374 and through live chat on the Move Money page.
Utilize Text Banking to simply send a text to our short code, 662265, to quickly receive balance information and activity for your accounts. Text Alerts allow security and account alerts to conveniently be sent via text message to your verified device.
