Jones Named Compliance Officer

May 26, 2026, Mayfield, Kentucky – First Kentucky Bank CFO, Spencer Hawkins, announces the following promotion.

Kristina Jones has been named Compliance Officer at First Kentucky Bank.

“Kristina has been an integral part of First Kentucky Bank. Her commitment and years of experience in mortgage lending, branch administration, and risk management have positioned her well for success in the role of Compliance Officer,” stated Hawkins.

 Jones has been with First Kentucky since 2011 and most recently served as Risk Management Officer. Prior to that, she was the Central City Branch Manager for ten years and Mortgage Officer for four years.

She expressed, “I’m honored and excited for the opportunity to serve as Compliance Officer at First Kentucky Bank. After 31 years in banking, I’m grateful to continue growing with an organization that values its customers, employees, and the communities it serves.”

Jones is a graduate of Muhlenberg North High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Western Kentucky University. In 2025, she earned the ICBA certification as a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer.

She is a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church, where she volunteers in her free time. In addition to her commitment to her church, she is passionate about supporting the community through various outreach initiatives on behalf of the bank.

Jones resides in Beechmont with her husband, Ronnie. They have two sons, Hayden and Nicolas.
