FKB Announces Sponsorship of GCHS Baseball Field, Now Named “First Kentucky Field”

March 17, 2025, Mayfield, Kentucky –

First Kentucky Bank is proud to announce its sponsorship of Graves County High School’s baseball field, which will now be known as First Kentucky Field. This partnership reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to supporting local schools, athletics, and community development.

“At First Kentucky Bank, we believe in investing in the communities we serve, and supporting youth athletics is an important part of that mission, shared Will Hayden, First Kentucky CEO/President. We’re thrilled to see First Kentucky Field become a place where student-athletes can compete, grow, and create lasting memories, which will help them prosper in the future.”

While the field’s name has changed, it remains the “Home of the Eagles”, honoring the school’s rich athletic tradition and the passion of its players, coaches, and fans. The new First Kentucky Field will continue to serve as a gathering place for athletes and the community, fostering teamwork, dedication, and school spirit.

Graves County Athletic Director, Khristain Elliott stated, “It is great to have partners like First Kentucky Bank in our community. The signage and financial contributions of First Kentucky will help to enhance our facilities. We appreciate their continued support of our student athletes.”

The new First Kentucky Field signage, which debuts a windscreen and concession stand sign, can now be seen at GCHS’s Home of the Eagles.
