Bartolo Named HR Administrator

October 16, 2024, Mayfield, Kentucky-First Kentucky Bank Senior VP/HR Director, Nicole Sullivan announces that Lisa Bartolo has been named HR Administrator.

Lisa Bartolo has been with First Kentucky as a Banker since February 2024. In addition to banking, she has a background in health insurance as a Benefits Representative. In her new position as HR Administrator, she will work closely with the HR Director and perform tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the HR Department at First Kentucky.

She shared, “I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to transition into my new role with First Kentucky Bank. I look forward to cultivating new relationships and growing my roots deeper into the community I love to serve!”

Bartolo is a graduate of Graves County High School, and she attends High Point Baptist Church. She serves the bank and community in a variety of roles, including as a First Kentucky Bank Wellness Committee Member, YMCA Community Volunteer, Mayfield-Graves County Animal Shelter Volunteer, and Mayfield-Graves County Happy Feet Equals Learning Feet Committee Member. In addition, she was recently accepted into the Commonwealth Institute for Parent Leadership Fellowship (CIPL).

She is a devoted wife, mother of three, health and wellness enthusiast, and mental health advocate. She resides in Mayfield with her husband, Gerardo, and their three children, Zayne, Hayze, and Mila.
