Sullivan named Senior Vice President, Human Resources

January 10, 2024, Mayfield, Kentucky – First Kentucky Bank President Will Hayden announces the following promotion.

Nicole Sullivan has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

“Nicole has been a loyal, committed employee for 23 years and is an integral component of our management team. She is a tremendous asset to First Kentucky,” stated Hayden.

Sullivan has over 28 years of banking experience and has served as the First Kentucky Bank HR Officer for the past eight years.  Prior to her role in Human Resources, she served in other management positions at First Kentucky, including Lakes Region Market Executive and Branch Administration Officer. She is a graduate of Graves County High School, the KBA Leadership Program, and the Mayfield-Graves County Leadership Program.

She shared, “In my 23 years with First Kentucky Bank, I’ve been blessed with so many opportunities. I’m very thankful and honored to work for such an amazing organization!”

Sullivan currently resides in Almo with her husband, John and their daughter, Kalyssa. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
