Welcome Home Grant Program

In partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB), First Kentucky Bank is proudly participating in the Welcome Home Grant Program. This FHLB program offers closing cost and down payment assistance for eligible home buyers.

 

Limited grant funds available on a first-come, first-served basis! Don’t delay! Reservations begin March 03, 2025 at 7:00 AM CST.

  • *Up to $20,000 in funds available for Non-Military Homebuyers (for down payment and/or closing costs)
  •  Accepted contract and signed application required to submit reservations
  •  Property must be used as primary residence
  •  Household income limits apply
  •  Buyer does not have to be a First Time Homebuyer
  •  Buyer must contribute $500 towards the purchase (from own funds)
