Cox and Bagby Move Into New Positions
June 12, 2025, Mayfield, Kentucky – First Kentucky Bank VP of Operations, Paige Thomas announces the following promotions in our Purchase Region.
Misty Bagby has moved into the role of First Kentucky Bank Operations Specialist.

Bagby has fifteen years of banking experience, and most recently, served as the Customer Resource Center Manager at First Kentucky Bank.
Bagby shared, “After fifteen years in various roles at First Kentucky, I’m excited to step into the position of Operations Specialist and embrace the new opportunities and challenges it brings. I’m grateful to continue working alongside an incredible team committed to excellence and growth.”
She graduated from Graves County High School and has an Associate’s in Arts degree from WKCTC. She currently serves on the Mayfield-Graves County Happy Feet Equals Learning Feet Committee and the First Kentucky Wellness Committee.
She resides in Paducah with her husband, Craig and their daughters, Meagan Wilson and Emma Bagby. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including their two dogs, Mia and Maggie. She attends Heartland Church and is passionate about her health, including nutrition, bootcamp workouts, and walking.
Cesley Cox has moved into the role of First Kentucky Bank Customer Resource Center Manager.

Cox has eight years of banking experience and has been with First Kentucky since 2017. Prior to her new role, she worked as a Customer Resource Center Representative.
She commented, “I’m thrilled to step into this new role within our Customer Resource Center and look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute here at First Kentucky Bank.”
Cox graduated from Apollo High School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Murray State University. She currently serves on the First Kentucky Events Committee.
She resides in Wingo with her husband, David and their son, Samuel. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, farming, kayaking, reading, and cooking.
