Coe, Higgs, and Bastin Move into New Positions

June 11, 2025, Mayfield, Kentucky – First Kentucky Bank VP of Branch Administration, Corie Young announces the following promotions in our Pennyrile Region.

Brittney Coe has moved into the role of First Kentucky Regional Branch Administration Manager in the Pennyrile Region.

Coe has nine years of banking experience and has served in several roles at First Kentucky, including Relationship Banker, Branch Manager, and Consumer Lender.

“I’m thrilled for the opportunity to give back to First Kentucky Bank by supporting all branches in the Pennyrile Region,” she shared. “Helping train our staff to deliver the best customer service is incredibly rewarding. I’m especially excited to connect with both the Muhlenberg and Ohio County communities, along with our three Pennyrile offices that proudly serve them.

Coe graduated from Muhlenberg County High School and attended Madisonville Community College. In addition, she is a 2024 Muhlenberg County Civic Leadership Graduate. She’s passionate about jail ministry, teaching at Mission Bible Training Center, and serving on the Rocketown Steering Committee.

She resides in Central City with her husband, Brad and their three children, Bella River, Kaybree Rayne, and Casey Lee. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family, leading worship, and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

Jazmyne Higgs has moved into the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our Greenville Office.

Higgs has three years of banking experience and has been with First Kentucky since 2022. Prior to her new role, she worked as Assistant Branch Manager at our Beaver Dam Office.

She shared, “I’m so excited to officially step into my new role as Assistant Branch Manager at our Greenville Office. This opportunity means a lot to me, not only because it’s closer to home, but because I’m passionate about serving people in this community. I’m looking forward to growing in this position, connecting with our customers, and being part of a strong, supportive team right here where I live.”

Higgs is a Muhlenberg County High School graduate and resides in Greenville with her husband, Tony. In her extra time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and their dog Rascal Bane.

 

Raven Bastin has moved into the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our Central City Office.

Bastin has eight years of banking experience and has been with First Kentucky since 2017. Prior to her new role, she worked as a Personal Banker at our Central City Office.

She stated, “One of my favorite quotes is from Albert Einstein: ‘Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.’ That really resonates with me as I step into this new role,” she shared. “I’m excited to continue serving our customers and community in Muhlenberg while taking on new responsibilities. I love learning, growing, and taking on new challenges that help me reach my professional goals.”

Bastin is a Muhlenberg County High School graduate, and she holds a Digital Media Productions degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Bastin resides in Central City with her husband, Colby. She loves all living things and is an avid animal lover. She enjoys abstract art, all genres of music and movies, exploring, and cooking.
