Digital Banking for CCM Customers

First Kentucky Bank is very excited to announce that we will soon have a new Digital Banking and Bill Pay platform! Our new platform will offer all the same Cash Management functionality you are familiar with today, while introducing new features as well. The new platform will be available on August 18, 2020 at 12 PM CT.

In addition to our general Digital Banking upgrade information at firstkentucky.com, there are a few Cash Management specific dates and important information that we would like you to make note of.

ACH ORIGINATION USERS

Prior to our upgrade on August 18th, ACH batches must be submitted no later than August 12th at 2 PM CT and the effective date can be no later than August 17th. You may process ACH batches in our new Digital Banking beginning on August 18th at 12 PM CT. Please remember that you will not be able to submit ACH batches with an effective date of August 18th or 19th.


WIRE TRANSFER USERS

There will be an interruption in submitting wire transfer requests while Digital Banking is unavailable from August 17th at 2 PM CT through August 18th at 12 PM CT. Wire transfer requests may be submitted in our new Digital Banking platform beginning at 12 PM CT on August 18th.


SAVING WIRE TRANSFER TEMPLATES

Wire transfer templates saved in our current Digital Banking platform will not convert to our new Digital Banking platform. Should you wish to save wire transfer template data, you may do so by following the simple steps listed below:

  • Access your Digital Banking account prior to August 17th at 2 PM CT.
  • Click the “Cash Management” dropdown and select “Wire Transfers.”
  • Use the “I want to” dropdown to select “View/Create Repetitive Wire Transfer.”
  • When the “Repetitive Wire Transfer Templates” page appears, click the template name that you would like to save.
  • Right-click and select “Print.”
  • You may print a copy of the wire template or save it by printing to an electronic file printer, such as a PDF printer.

We are thrilled about our new and improved Digital Banking platform and we know that you will be, too! Best of all, the enhancements and new features are provided to you at no cost to you. You will receive additional Digital Banking upgrade correspondence from our Commercial Banking Specialist, Melissa Roman. Melissa will be sending additional information via mail, email, Digital Banking messages and phone. IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES

  • August 12th at 2 PM CT – All ACH batches with an effective date of August 13th – August 17th must be processed and approved in our current Digital Banking no later than August 12th at 2 PM CT. ACH batches entered into our current Digital Banking must not have an effective date later than August 17th.
  • August 18th and 19th - Unavailable effective dates for ACH batches. ACH batches cannot be submitted with an effective date of August 18th or 19th.
  • August 18th at 12 pm CST - New Digital Banking and Bill Pay will be LIVE! ACH origination and wire transfer requests will be available in our new Digital Banking.
Please make plans to work around these adjusted processing dates and times.

CASH MANAGEMENT ITEMS THAT WILL CONVERT TO OUR NEW DIGITAL BANKING PLATFORM:

  • Cash Management users, sub-users and user privileges
  • ACH templates

CASH MANAGEMENT ITEM THAT WILL NOT CONVERT TO OUR NEW DIGITAL BANKING PLATFORM:

  • Wire transfer templates
These items will need to be saved and/or downloaded prior to August 17th at 2 PM CT. You will be able to set these up again when our new Digital Banking platform goes live on August 18th at 12 PM CT.

CASH MANAGEMENT TO-DO LIST:

  • Process and approve ACH batches with an effective date of August 13th – 17th no than August 12th at 2 PM CT
  • Save wire transfer template data from our current Digital Banking no later than August 17th at 2 PM CT
  • Install our new Digital Banking app on your mobile device on August 18th
  • Log into our new Digital Banking and Bill Pay platform on August 18th at 12 PM CT
  • Continue to enjoy your current Digital Banking perks as well as enhancements and new features including the ability to process wire transfer requests and ACH batches in our new mobile app!
