Eligible employees may participate in the 401(k) plan after six months employment.

Paid Time Off:
All full-time employees accrue annual paid leave beginning with the second year of employment. Part-time employees accrue paid annual leave contingent upon the number of hours worked.

Sick Leave:
Full-time employees accrue paid sick leave which can be used for illness of themselves or an immediate family member (i.e. spouse, children, parents, siblings).

Bereavement:
The bank will grant paid time off in the event of a death of a family member.

Jury Duty:
Employees will be paid at their regular rate of pay for those hours or days missed due to jury duty.

Holidays:
It is the policy of this Bank to observe approved Federal Reserve holidays each year as may be determined by the management or required by law. Eligible employees will be given a day off with pay for each holiday observed.

The officers of First Kentucky Bank will be responsible for the dissemination of this policy. Directors, managers and supervisors are responsible for implementing equal employment practices within each department.
