First Kentucky Bank President/CEO David A. Long announces that Kurtis Howland has been promoted to Business Development Officer.

Kurtis Howland has five years of banking experience, with three of those years spent in lending. Since beginning at First Kentucky Bank in 2021, he has worked as a banker, personal banker, and most recently, as a loan officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for business development in Ohio County, including mortgage lending.

Howland resides in Beaver Dam with his wife, Joanna, and their son, Jack.  He graduated from Ohio County High School and attended Campbellsville University.

Howland is actively involved in the worship band at East Hartford Baptist, and he is also the Director/President of the local disc golf club in Ohio County.  In his spare time, he enjoys all types of cooking, including barbecuing/smoking food.

He shared, “I am excited that First Kentucky has given me an opportunity to help people in the community where I grew up.”
